.17 HMR AR-15 upper receiver assembly is offered standard with an 18 stainless steel button-rifled 1:10 twist barrel with straight flutes muzzle threaded 1/2-28 TPI RH for standard .223/5.56 muzzle devices. The standard handguard is our mid-length G10 fiberglass composite non-vented mid-length free-floating handguard. This product includes the required lower receiver conversion parts kit and two 10-round magazines. The weapon features a blowback operating system. Weight of upper is 4.5 pounds. This unit is 100% complete and is compatible with any standard-specification lower receiver after installation of included parts kit.
