Load by removing the 1 piece pin & inserting through center hub on spool reinsert in spring loaded bracket and stick to any smooth surface. Stores and dispenses up to four 1" wide spools. Also fits many 1/4 LB spools and makes reel filling a one person operation. Suction cups make this item easily movable. Stainless steel hardware and U.V. safe acrylic.
