this slide racking attachment is badly designed because it is slippery and just as hard if not harder to get and maintain a grip on as are the original slide serrations on a Glock pistol! It's well made as far as fit and material, but the convex shape of the grip and the smooth unserrated surface perfectly designed for your fingers to slip off when You try to rack your slide. the angled forward part should be CONCAVE AND with serrated cuts in order to provide a good grip. I tried cutting grooves in the one I got on ebay, but they still didn't provide a satisfactory grip and I think the reason is that the grip surfaces are convex instead of concave, unlike the plastic one I have that provides a great grip. I fixed this one by cutting off the angled ears and making it a straight bar across the back of the slide protruding on each side. That works, provides a good crip, but then I have something flat sticking off each side of my slide that could hook or grab onto something. So I put my plastic one back on.
