304 Stainless steel tube lined with UV resistant black PVC & fitted with chrome zinc alloy adjustable clamp. Features 9" deep tube with 1-5/8" inside diameter. Fits any rail bewteen 3/4"OD & 1-1/16"OD. Angle from the rail adjusts in 15 degree increments. Solid cap protects rails from dents. Includes (4) 304 stainless mounting screws & Allen key.
