The Smith & Wesson SW1103 flipper knife features a 3.5" 8Cr13MoV black drop point blade. 8Cr13MoV is a high-quality stainless steel similar in properties to AUS-8. This steel exhibits extreme toughness and excellent edge retaining capabilities. The blade can be deployed via the dual thumb studs or flipper tab, although the lack of a detent may require a light wrist flick in order to deploy the blade. The handles are made from textured glass filled nylon (GFN) and stainless steel liners.
