Attaches directly to motor in 2 locations to serve as stabilizer. One end has two spring-loaded pins designed to fit into existing parallel holes found on engine's mounting bracket. other end has 2 receivers-sockets made to fit the bolts & nuts located motor's front just above lower unit.
