Ban Compliant MPC M4 Complete Upper Receiver Assembly 16 Inch Barrel .223/5.56mm
M4 barreled upper assembly is currently compliant with regulations in CT, MA, NY and NY. Barrel is chrome lined and machined from 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel with 1:9 inch right hand twist rifling. Permanently attached A2 birdcage style compensator and the bayonet lug has been machined off. Standard A2 front sights are fitted. Aluminum flat top upper receiver is complete with bolt, bolt carrier assembly, charging handle, forward assist, ejection port cover and A4 removable carry handle with 300-600 meter dual aperture rear sight.
